Progress on Condimentum’s new mustard mill and mint processing facility continues at pace with the steel framework in place and cladding nearing completion.

Our premises, the first on the new Food Enterprise Park at Easton, Norwich, will house a bespoke mustard mill, one of only three worldwide capable of producing double superfine mustard flour which is a key ingredient in Colman’s English Mustard. A new mint processing line will be installed to begin the transformation of freshly harvested Norfolk mint into Colman’s Mint Sauce.

Condimentum is supplied by the English Mustard Growers, a co-operative of farmers many of whose families have been supplying Colman’s for generations, and the Norfolk Mint Growers who have similarly been providing fresh, locally grown mint. Together we are building on the legacy of the Colman’s name in Norwich and forging a future for this iconic brand.
