Two mills rolled into one

Our facility is specifically designed with dedicated wet and dry ingredient processing equipment. It includes:

  • Humidity control to keep ingredients at their best

  • Destoner and insect removal to ensure only pure ingredients are being processed

  • We scan over 8 million mustard seeds per minute and remove anything that is not premium quality pure mustard seed

  • We use breaks and reduction rollers to mill dry ingredients

  • 208 sieve system for highly controlled particle size

  • 14 jet washer unit to remove soil and sand from whole leaf ingredients

  • Bespoke dewatering process to keep our clean leaves fresh, ready for milling
