Condimentum is a young and growing business which uses fresh, locally grown, raw materials to make quality ingredients for the food industry.
Operating from a modern, purpose-built facility at the Food Enterprise Park on the western outskirts of Norwich, we create natural food ingredients from mustard and mint grown by farmers in East Anglia, many of whose families have been supplying Colman’s of Norwich for generations. Our Henry Simon mustard mill is the only one of its kind outside North America able to manufacture double superfine mustard flour whilst our bespoke mint process enables us to produce fresh mint in solution suitable for a range of sauces.
Our operation is quality driven throughout and we became FSCC accredited within just a few months of opening.
Our product range includes white, brown and blended mustard flours, cracked and whole seed, and mustard bran as well as fresh mint in solution.
