CEO

Senior Technical Services Specialist

Jamie has been in food production since leaving school (he won’t tell us how long ago that was, but let’s just say he’s got plenty of experience). He spent 12 years at the Colman’s factory before its closure and has been with Condimentum since day one, helping to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

When he’s not making sure everything’s shipshape in the engineering department, Jamie swaps the factory floor for the football pitch, coaching an U18s team and proving he’s just as good at managing people as he is at mustard and mint. And if he’s not on the pitch, you’ll probably find him deep in his collection of UFC graded sports cards, hunting for that next rare find—because whether it’s football, food, or fight night, Jamie always plays to win.

Operations Manager

Allan, affectionately known as "Boss Man," started his career as a Master Baker before moving into snack manufacturing - including 28 years at Kettle Crisps. With over three decades of manufacturing experience, he knows a thing or two about keeping things running smoothly.

Just when he thought retirement was on the menu, Condimentum tempted him back in 2022 to oversee Operations and Health & Safety. Now, he’s making sure everything is running like a well-oiled machine as we take on our exciting new growth plans.

CFO

Condimentum’s answer to Bear Grylls - only with better budgeting skills.

By day, he keeps Condimentum's finances (and the finance team) in check; by weekend, he’s out in the wild, proving you don’t need a spreadsheet to survive (though he’d probably bring one just in case).

When not balancing budgets or braving the wilderness, he’s building LEGO masterpieces, one brick at a time. If lost, check the nearest forest, or the LEGO aisle.

Warehouse Team Leader

Bealesy proudly holds the title of Condimentum’s one and only Ipswich Town fan, taking the banter in his stride (most of the time). When he’s not cheering on the Blues, he’s out pounding the pavement - racking up the miles with a half marathon every single week!

At work, Bealesy is best known as Condimentum’s resident quiz master, running the legendary daily lunchtime quiz and leading the charge at the monthly pub quiz. And on rare occasions, when he’s not testing everyone’s general knowledge, he can even be spotted doing some actual work - usually behind the wheel of a forklift.

Technical Manager

After 14 years at Colman’s, Kezia brought her expertise to Condimentum, where she now ensures that both the commercial and factory teams stay in line - because when it comes to quality, there’s no room for shortcuts!

At home, she swaps food safety for DIY supremacy, expertly managing her husband’s projects (whether he likes it or not). With two kids keeping her on her toes, Kezia is used to keeping chaos under control - a skill that comes in just as handy at work as it does at home!

Team Leader

Nigel keeps Condimentum’s tin production line running at lightspeed, while also working in the prepared mustard factory, ensuring everything stays smooth—just like a perfectly blended batch of mustard.

When he’s off-duty, Nigel swaps production lines for football stadiums across Europe, travelling with his two sons to catch the action live. And if he’s not at a match, you’ll probably find him deep in the Star Wars universe, proving that whether it’s mustard, football, or the Force—he’s always in control.

Team Leader

Paul is Condimentum’s go-to expert on prepared mustard! With over 25 years of experience in producing condiments, if Paul doesn’t know it, it’s probably not worth knowing.

Whether it’s crafting the perfect blend or solving production puzzles, Paul’s passion for mustard is as strong as the flavours he creates. But beyond the factory floor, Paul is a proud dad and grandad, always happy to share his wisdom - whether it’s about mustard or Norwich City!

Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

As Condimentum’s Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, Toby ensures everything runs as smoothly as a perfectly executed Pokémon battle. His love for retro gaming means he’s always on the lookout for glitches—whether in a game or on the production line.
