Food Manufacture magazine visited us for their 'Me and My Factory' series, filming a tour of our mustard mill with Kezia Burton Ward, Condimentum's Technical Manager.

In the video, Kezia provides a detailed look at our factory, one of only three mustard mills in the world, and explains the unique processes behind our products. She takes viewers through our state-of-the-art facility, highlighting how our strong team culture is key to our success, with everyone at Condimentum working towards a shared goal of producing the highest-quality ingredients.

As she explains, Condimentum produces mustard flour and a range of other mustard products. The mustard seeds we use are sourced from English Mustard Growers, making us one of the few companies to use English-grown mustard seed. This results in a very fine flour with a unique kick and pungency that distinguishes our products from others in the market.

While our methods are rooted in traditional mustard production, we have invested in the latest technology to enhance our processes. Kezia describes how our milling combines time-honoured techniques with computer-controlled systems and advanced quality controls, ensuring precision and consistency while preserving the methods that have defined the industry for generations.

The video also explores our mint sauce production, made using mint grown just minutes from the factory. The mint is processed within two hours of harvest to ensure the freshest possible ingredients.
