Recently, we welcomed the Stokes Sauces team to our factory for a tour and a closer look at how we produce the mustard flour and seeds they use in their recipes. They took this opportunity to prepare a video highlighting how Condimentum contributes towards the distinctive flavours of their premium products.

They source their mustard flour and seeds exclusively from Condimentum, benefiting from expertise that spans five generations. Their visit gave us the opportunity to show them our state-of-the-art production process and demonstrate the care that goes into every batch of mustard we produce.
Highly Specialised Milling Processes
Condimentum is one of only three factories in the world, and the only one outside North America, that manufactures mustard in a unique way. Our process gently strips away layers of the mustard seed to expose the purest flour, ensuring the best possible ingredient for Stokes’ range. This purity is key to achieving the right balance of heat and smoothness in their products, whether it’s mustard flour used to thicken their Real Mayonnaise, whole mustard seeds in their Cider & Horseradish Wholegrain Mustard or brown mustard flour in their Dijon Mustard.
