Cracked Mustard Seeds

Pure mustard flour is produced through a succession of roller mills, gradually grinding and sifting, removing the bran to create a fine powder made from only the seed’s core (kernel). Primarily used to impart mustard flavour, it also serves as a natural emulsifier in various applications:
