Balancing pungency and heat, offering a versatile flavour profile. Widely used in mustard pastes, salad cream, mayonnaise, BBQ sauces as well as in pre-dusts, batter systems and dry blends.
The blend provides a moderate heat with a tangy, slightly sweet undertone, making it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications.
