One standout trend this year was the growing presence of hot sauces. From fiery ferments to bold new spice blends, heat-driven condiments were a major talking point. As mustard specialists, this was particularly exciting for us—after all, mustard is the original hot sauce! Visiting Selfridges: Hot Sauce in the Spotlight
Beyond IFE, we also visited Selfridges on Oxford Street, where we saw first-hand how hot sauces are making their mark. As part of their ‘Obsessions Campaign' for Spring, Selfridges has given hot sauces a dedicated showcase, reinforcing the increasing demand for bold, punchy flavours.
